Sure, it was a great story, and narrated to perfection!

I liked it all, but I liked the princess herself....she was funny...she was bored and wanted dirty dreams!!!

I love Lia's performances, she always brings the story to life, and tells us a story that is not only sexy, but charismatic and believable! This was a very interesting take on Sleeping beauty...and I quite enjoyed it! I hope there is another book in this series!!!

Dreaming is the second in the Sensual Fairy Stories series. This time our heroine is Aurelle aka Sleepy Beauty. Prince Landon, brother of King Dorien from Glass Slipper, sets out to find a wife. At the urging of the old hag, Landon uses a glass ball to fall into the dreams of Aurelle. When is in danger, Landon sets out to rescue the sleeping princess. Will he find true love or will it all be for nothing?

I really enjoyed this book. At only a little over an hour, it makes a nice one sitting listen. I like how that author carried one of the supporting characters from book 1 to be a main character in this book. I hope that she continues to do this with the rest of the books in the series.

As this is an adult/erotic book, I would recommend this to those 18+.

The narration was a C+...the editing needed work...and the sex scenes were weird....The voices were pretty good....

Veil and Nikki are from another planet...not knowing this, they have lived fairly normal lives on earth. Well it all gets a little crazy for these 2 and they are swept up in a dangerous adventure...Veil rescues Nikki and they are on the run! They fall for each other which is inevitable and when they learn there true identities they are shocked...but not even bloodlines and boundaries will keep these 2 apart...and we get a great ending!! I hope there is a book 2....because I would totally listen to it!!!

Strong sexual connection in scifi setting.

What would have made Shadow Wars: Homebound better?

I would have liked to see more of a building of the characters before they slept together or dealt with emotional moments. If they hadn't had such a strong feel and sleep together so soon, I might have been better with their relationship as later in the book I feel they are stronger as a couple. In a scene with a death, the characters had reactions that I didn't feel lead up to that feeling from him.

There were a few moments the narrator seemed to miss deletions in the editing phase and repeated words. There was a point in the story where it sounds like a slight twang to the background of the room, giving a sound of a small echo to his voice. Then in the fast moving scenes of being on the flee, fighting, or thinking the pacing felt off. In trimming and editing his recording, he splices sentences together to fast to try to show the quickness of the moment, but it sounds like a run-on sentence. I really don't like this feel as it made the cadence wrong for me.

Would you recommend Shadow Wars: Homebound to your friends? Why or why not?

Not as an audio, unless they use headphones. Maybe as an ebook if they enjoy high heat sexual moments through out the book. If they listen to audio, it'll be heard to all.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Todd Van Linda?

I don't know many narrators, but I think Todd could have done better with the editing of the story.

The sound quality of this book is great, and he tells his story well but sometimes I felt that some of the emotion or inflections didn't always match the situation for me, but still a good performance on the reading.

I really liked the concept of Romeo and Juliet falling in love, but rather than killing themselves he's been sent to find and murder her.

These star crossed lovers from different worlds fall in love, despite all odds, and their journey has just begun. I cannot wait to listen to book two.

Enjoyable continuation of Troianne travel books. One feature that made it pleasant to read not having to keep track of past characters. The author gives just enough discription of necessary information. You don't lose track of where you were in the story.

I have never really like Time Travel Books! Once I started reading Troianne I couldn't put it down, I had to read the whole series! I just finished reading this book Diana's Magic! This book leaves you wanting more! You will laugh and cry when you read it! Diana is this most amazing young woman who grows into this extraordinary woman, and she finds her soulmate at a young age! As you read this book you will travel with Diana, and you will experience her pain, love, and trails and tribulations! The twist to the story of her father wedding her beloved's mother was a kicker! I never see it coming! This is truly a great book! Can't wait to read the next one...

I liked this story very much

Adonis is a hunter turned vampire. Rachel Bremerton is a hunter of vampires. Piaras is a ruthless vampires in Dallas. Adonis is suppose to bring Rachel to him untouched so Adonis can then free his family. But when he sees Rachel his hunter desire to have her kicks in . He wants her, but her family would kill him and also how would he free his family if she becomes his and he goes against Piaras.

I liked this story very much. I like the fact that he is a vampire hunter and she is a vampire. The story kept me interested and I am looking forward to read other ones by Terry. I got to read this one, because it was part of a box set of Tall Dark and Paranormal. So far all the books I have read were awesome.

Oh my goodness. I am an avid reader and in all my many years of reading I don't think I've ever come across a heroine that is as spineless as the one for this book. I read this book as part of a box collection and the sad thing is that when I bought the collection I was so looking forward to reading the one from Terry spear. Saying I was highly disappointed is an understatement. I was so disgusted by the lead female character that I just skimmed the book to the end and it prompted me to search for the book as a stand alone and leave this review. She allowed everybody to treat her like crap because she just knew "they had her best interest at heart". Very disappointing.

Adrenaline-filled Action and Romance

After reading Seductive Powers, the first book in Rebecca Royceâs The Capes series, I immediately had to get my hands on this installment. Rebecca Royce brings to life hunky superheroes who yet still have an alluring vulnerable side. Ace is certainly no exception, especially with his flowing blond hair. She also brings to life strong women to compliment and tangle with her wonderful heroes. I loved every minute of the verbal sparring between Ace and Alice, both larger than life personas, as well as the delectable romantic moments. I also loved seeing Lael in this installment, who was practically a cameo in the last book. In this one, it felt like he had a fully rounded personality. I couldnât help but laugh as he bristled at being referred to as a sidekick as he tagged along after Ace in one scene to gobbling up everything Alice cooked as in true growing teenager fashion. I canât wait to see him starring in the next book!

Rush

Great sequel. The brothers are so sweet it makes you want to squish a hero. Again the author is think outside the box and this story is unique and fun. The dialogue is so strong it feels like a real conversation.

The writing is smart and moves very fluidly.

I like to try to add helpful criticism but really there isn't anything I would change or add.

Great novella featuring super heroes

Adrenaline Rush is Rebecca's Royce's second novella in The Capes series. Each book can be read as a stand alone book. In Adrenaline Rush, Ace Hudson gets the job of protecting his TV celebrity crush Alice Styles.

Someone who can control machines (like Ace) is trying to kill Alice.

The plot was interesting and the twist on the identity of the villain was not what I expected so that is always good. I liked the characters, especially the younger brother...hopefully he will get a story. Overall, Adrenaline Rush was very entertaining, definitely recommend!

It is A Rush

This was a delightful change of pace read and first time reading this author. I would even go as far to say it was refreshing because of the style of writing. It contained the genre so enjoy reading but mixed with humor that had me chuckling and at times rolling from it. The romance depicted in here was also heated and a rush within itself. The hero in here Ace can be my hero anytime and the one he saves has her own cooking show he watches.

Amazing!!

Rene Folsom has done an another amazing job at this book. I read it when she first wrote it but to hear the words as told through someone's voice made the story come to life all over again.

Not like anything I have heard Piers write before

The way this story looks at music, you can tell the authors understand the genre. The way they introduce Slim is fun, entertaining and for me, just an insight to all the characters of the book.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Progress to start, but all the people of Texas (Tejas) are a pleasure to meet.

Which scene was your favorite?

Any scene that deals with the people of Tejas. Any scene that involves the playing of the blues. Any scene involving the setup of the festival.

The first time Slim played.

There are some areas that are emotionally repetitive, but overall, well worth the read.

An indepth look into abusive relationships and hope.

Julie Brady is a new writer of great talent combined with the premier Fantasy writer Piers Anthony and you have a wonderful new world created by dreams. It's a Love story and a quest novel roled into one with a heroine instead of a hero. This book gives some insights into why women stay in abusive relationships and the hardships that sometimes ensue when they leave. You can feel the self hatred and feelings of worthlessness of the main characters. You can also feel the strong hope and dreams of each of them. This story covers it all from despair to aborted suicide to the bloom of new hope and selfworth. It gives a feeling of hope and a reason to believe in our dreams. Well worth reading. Keep a hanky close by it may cause tears.

As always, I love a Piers Anthony work, and this collaboration is quite good. I hope to read more from Julie Brady soon.

I liked the idea.

I'm a 42 year old female, and as much as I love fantasy..... maybe it's my stage of development at this time in my life...but I didn't enjoy this book as much as I'd expected from the description of the story on the jacket, and my enjoyment of Piers Anthony's work in the past.

If this book was aimed at adolescents, personally I would like to have seen the two main characters react to each other on a strictly emotional level, rather than a physical one. It's hard enough for ADULTS to distinguish between lust and love.

I understand the need to escape into a dream wordl, but I never did understand abusive relationships because people who REALLY LOVE YOU don't treat you that way! I've met a lot of people who treat total strangers with more courtesy and respect than members of their own family, or people they supposedly love. I found the lead "heroine" annoying as rather than developing into a mature adult, she didn't take responsibility for HER actions in the abusive relationship.
