Based in Long Island, New York, Joan is a Reiki Master Teacher with over 20 years of Reiki practice. She holds Virtual Reiki Circles, Reiki Practitioner Classes, and 5-Day Reiki Series.
Joan has also written and recorded over 100 themed and guided meditations and also does psychic readings. She views these readings as an intuitive experience of your life and the people around you (whether they are here on this earthly plane or not. We talk about Reiki, but also a topic I’ve never touched on before in this podcast: the psychic.

Nathalie Jaspar, the founder of Dive Into Reiki,  is a Reiki master with over a decade of experience. She’s a graduate teacher from the International House of Reiki, led by world-renowned Reiki master Frans Stiene. She also trained with the Center for True Health and the International Center for Reiki. To gain an even deeper understanding of Reiki practice, Nathalie went to Japan to practice Zen Buddhism at the Chokai-san International Zendo. She is the author of Reiki as a Spiritual Practice: an Illustrated Guide and the Reiki Healing Handbook (Rockridge Press).
