EPISODE 53: DIVE INTO REIKI WITH PARITA SHAH
Parita Shah is a Reiki master based in Long Island. She became interested in Reiki and Meditation when she realized that the stress of her health issues was causing more health issues. In 2015, Parita studied Mindfulness Meditation and began her Reiki training in the Usui lineage.

She has worked with clients with autoimmune conditions, headaches, back pain, anxiety, depression, cancer, arthritis, eating disorders, and other health conditions. She has also supported clients post-surgery and volunteered at a hospice. Parita is also a great communicator when it comes to Reiki, creating content on social media and her blog and participating in the Reiki Rays Global Summit.

Nathalie Jaspar, the founder of Dive Into Reiki,  is a Reiki master with over a decade of experience. She’s a graduate teacher from the International House of Reiki, led by world-renowned Reiki master Frans Stiene. She also trained with the Center for True Health and the International Center for Reiki. To gain an even deeper understanding of Reiki practice, Nathalie went to Japan to practice Zen Buddhism at the Chokai-san International Zendo. She is the author of Reiki as a Spiritual Practice: an Illustrated Guide and the Reiki Healing Handbook (Rockridge Press).
