Season 2 Episode #62. Not Me, But You! Podcast.  To be a successful dividend investor, it's important to know that this is a "game of rotation." What does that mean? It means rotate the money you get from investments, into OTHER investments. Take "cash flow" and invest it, to bring you MORE cash flow. Or invest your cash flow into LESS risky investments. You can also use cash flow to pay DOWN debt. 

Too many people have convinced themselves that investing is "too complicated" for them to learn. That isn't true. But it is a personal choice. If you own a smart phone, then you have the "world" at your fingertips. You can learn anything you want to learn about, by simply pressing buttons your phone! We are blessed to live in an age of technology that can help us to become wealthy. 

Continue to remind yourself that poor people buy things, and wealthy people buy/hold assets. Do yourself the biggest favor you possibly can and "save/invest" some money into Bitcoin! Then focus on building your personal "ATM machine" and invest in true high yield dividend stocks, ETF's, closed end funds. Pay close attention to the YIELD (same as the percentage that you earn on your money). The yield is EXTREMELY important. ETF's like MSTY pay a yield of OVER 100% per year! Are they risky? YES! But invest in them and then ROTATE the dividend money into LESS risky investments, like QQQI. 

You can work to make your life to be very different in 2 years or less. You can absolutely change your life forever, in 4 years or more. So get going today! Stop researching and start investing!
