Plus, The plaintiff brings her daughter to court. He says the defendant was well-behaved until she started stealing. He put a cell phone in his daughter’s name, but the defendant never paid for it, so he’s suing for the balance. The defendant says the plaintiff walked out on her and her family when she was young, so she had to steal to support herself. She doesn’t think she owes her father.
