That only works if the "fake" person hasn't broken any laws. That's how things took a turn for 28-year-old Shareeka Strawn. With a warrant out for her arrest, she panicked and gave the police a different (also wanted by the police) name.

Shawn Yoakum of Lafayette, Indiana decided to rob a local convenience store. He was unsuccessful. The biggest wrinkle in his plan was that his own brother was one of the clerks at the store. Shawn was easily identified and caught.
