Life can throw a lot of obstacles your way. Sometimes these are triggers for us to see if we have truly learned. We have a choice when we fave these obstacles. Do we let them knock us down and keep us down, or do we get back up, dust ourselves off, and keep smiling?  It’s ok to feel the emotions that come with heavy situations, however, it isn’t ok to stay in a place of sadness and grief. You absolutely have a choice in how you feel. Don’t choose to be a victim. It isn’t fun, and it won’t help you one bit to achieve your goals. You deserve to feel happy and blessed every day. It’s your choice to make sure you do.
