Germaine Greer was recently awarded the UK's Australian of the Year, but is she as relevant today as she was when Caro and Corrie were younger? While Germaine's commenting on the #metoo movement we ponder the fate of Harvey Weinstein and Craig McLachlan. 

It's off to the movies to see Steven Spielberg's latest flim 'The Post' - Caro and Corrie both give it the thumbs up. 

Caro's got a smattering of Summer Footy News and in 6 Quick Questions Corrie asks 'has Gerard Whaetely done the right thing by leaving the ABC?'. 

In keeping with her New Year's Resoloution - Corrie has read and reviews an old YA classic 'I Captured the Castle' by Dodie Smith plus she's been whipping up Donna Hay's Avocado and Haloumi Bruscetta as bar snacks while Caro recommends heading to the movies to see 'Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri'. 

Making Caro grumpy this week the strain of the Summer calender and our obsession with the weather and much to Corrie's dislike Nicole Kidman triumps as Caro's Crush of the Week.
