Tomarte un tiempo para relajarte durante el día puede ayudarte a recuperarte del estrés y la tensión. El tiempo reparador representa los periodos del día en los que el cuerpo y la mente se reponen. La salud se basa en el equilibrio y parte de los beneficios de una vida activa es dedicar también tiempo a la recuperación. Lo ideal es que tengas periodos de tiempo reparador a lo largo del día.
En esta sesión te invito a sintonizar tu respiración al ritmo de 6 segundos por inhalación, y 6 segundos por exhalación, añadiendo una pausa de 6 segundos entre inhalación y exhalación y otra pausa de 6 segundos entre exhalación y la siguiente inhalación. Este patrón de respiración se llama box breathing o respiración en caja y es ideal para optimizar la química del cerebro y tomar mejores decisiones sin perder la concentración.

Meditar y dedicar unos minutos a la práctica de la respiración consciente tiene un gran efecto en nosotras y nosotros mismos, y de hecho es una práctica muy simple, que si se convierte en hábito es muy beneficiosa.
Este nuevo día es un regalo y en los próximos 10 minutos vamos a dar las gracias por esta nueva oportunidad de vivir y vamos a reconectarnos con la energía interna que vive dentro de nosotros y de nosotras y vamos a agradecer de nuevo todo lo bueno que hay en nuestra vida.
Esta respiración sirve para llevarte a un estado de mayor percepción y relajación. En este ejercicio, usamos una técnica de respiración cíclica en la pasamos de la inhalación directamente a la exhalación y de la exhalación directamente a la inhalación, sin pausa.
Esta respiración es una de las técnicas básicas de pranayama y es ideal para cualquier persona que se esté iniciando en el fascinante mundo de la respiración. Esta práctica es una buena manera de incrementar la capacidad de tu respiración y de centrar toda tu atención en el momento presente para poder sintonizar con las sensaciones físicas de tu cuerpo.
Tu forma de respirar es tan única como tu huella dactilar. Tienes tus propios hábitos respiratorios y comportamientos personales que has desarrollado a lo largo de tu vida. Si eres como la mayoría de las personas, los acontecimientos de tu vida y los efectos de vivir en nuestra sociedad moderna han alterado sin saberlo, la naturaleza abierta y fluida de tu respiración que una vez tuviste de niño o de niña a un patrón de respiración que es mucho más restringido.
Este ejercicio, también conocido como caja de respiración es famoso por ser utilizado por los Navy SEALs para crear una mente tranquila y enfocada con un estado físico equilibrado y energético. Es ideal para aumentar la concentración, el equilibrio, la energía y el rendimiento. Respira lentamente con la parte baja del abdomen al inhalar. Tu estómago debe expandirse al inhalar y contraerse al exhalar. Intenta mantener el pecho y los hombros lo más quietos posible mientras respiras.
