Meanwhile in the A plot, Jessica falls in love at first sight on a beach with a random adult man who turns out to be Jeremy, the fiancé of the Wakefields’ new houseguest Sue. Yes, Alice has invited another old pal’s child to her home and then expected her kids to look after them. And the twins take on wedding planning duties, Jessica’s obsession with Jeremy becomes truly unhinged. Meanwhile we just wonder why he hasn’t been arrested yet.
