We're honored to have my dear friend and mentor Dr. John Ashley Null on the show. I first met Ashley 18 years ago when I moved to Berlin and before my career as a pro athlete even started. He didn’t just become one of my closest friends but also one of the most important people in my life. 

He helped me through the ups and downs in my career, served me as a friend and mentor, and is also a board member of the Arne Friedrich Foundation. To me personally, he is one of the wisest people I have ever met and I am so thankful for our friendship.
