One of the Behind-the-scenes architects of the Historic Million Man March will be in our classroom on the March's 28th anniversary. Dr. Maulana Karenga, who wrote March's Manifesto, will share some of the ingredients used to make it the most successful gathering of Black men in Washington, DC. Before Dr. Karenga, Reparations Advocate Kamm Howard will update us on the struggle. Benton Harbor, Michigan Community activist The Rev. Edward Pickney will start us off.
