Nearly every community works to bring education and business together, but that doesn't mean it always works.  Attempting to align workforce needs with training requires everyone to speak a common language.

In this episode, Dennis shares some tips from his experience bringing the two groups together.  Some of the traditional strategies didn't work, however, so breaking the rules and abandoning proper protocol allowed him to bring a small group together to get the job done.
