3 years. That is how long it has taken one of our members and their family to settle the estate of their father. Their mother had to face and relive the death of her husband every day for 3 years because there was no estate plan in place. So many of us put off the hard conversations because it causes us stress and discomfort, not recognizing the pain and stress we can cause others if we don’t.
