One massive disconnect I see in many of the members of Legacy Farmer is that they are all looking for information on various parts of their operation, and in many cases they can find solutions to problem, but they don't fundamentally understand the solution so they haven't actually fixed the problem. This is why so many people come out of school unprepared, they listened to the lessons but had no real world application, so they learned nothing.
