We often have members in Legacy Farmer that are deeply involved in the family operation. There comes a time for many of them that they need to cut the cord and move along with their own business. The distant promises of one day taking over the operation can be a massive anchor to what they could otherwise accomplish. Once the cord is cut, the family can start to bring their guard down and recognize the mistakes they have made.
