Welcome to this episode of THE PICKLE JAR PODCAST. Our friend Jonathan Kahan from Long Island jumps into the jar to share with us his tips and advice to help better manage life with chronic illness.
Jonathan lives with secondary adrenal insufficiency caused by a pituitary tumour and also Acromegaly. Taking over 30 medications every day...he has learned by DOING.
Living with these illnesses Jonathan has learned many tips and tricks to take advantage of to better manage his illness, coordinate his medications, decrease the likelihood of human error and ultimately MAXIMIZE his quality of life.
Living with chronic illness is unfortunate but a reality for many. We have many tools that can help us manage if we take the time to find what works best for us. This episode will give you that step FORWARD in better management.
