Diagnosed in 2011 at the age of 35 Jill started being proactive in her illness. Learning to listen and trust her body has been key in the management of Addison's Disease. Symptoms do not go away once we have a name for our illness. Symptoms and our quality of life are directly reflected by whether our medication is appropriate. We need to take ONE STEP at a time, listen and learn from our bodies.
