This is a moment we've been waiting for since 2014. Just a few episodes back, we tasted and reviewed some of the oldest rye to ever be released by the New Riff Distillery. For this week, we turn our attention to the newly released New Riff 8 Year Old Bourbon. As we all know, it takes time to make good bourbon. Since 2018, New Riff has only released 4-5 year old bourbon. We've been clamoring for older stuff for YEARS! Was it worth the wait? You'll have to listen to find out.
