E151 - Sarah Writes Her Own Blue Print

She unique story starts at age of 3 being diagnosed with TYPE 1 DIABETES. Sarah notes her world did not drastically change at that time she already lived in a world thriving with chronic illness. Her father also had Type 1 Diabetes and Addison's Disease.

Losing her Dad in 1996 Sarah didn't not have his watchful eye for Addison's developing in her body. Her mindful medical team was monitoring her health and when daily vomiting and rock bottom blood pressure were the symptoms the turned to an Addison's diagnosis.

She has invaluable knowledge to share from living with Type 1 Diabetes & Addison's and discovering the correlation between blood sugar and cortisol levels, and dealing with hypo/hyper kalemia. She will change your mindset and remind you that YOU ARE ENOUGH THE WAY YOU ARE.
