We often tell ourselves the story that “the more acres I farm, the more revenue I’ll have, and more revenue is more profit.” but this just isn't the case. If you take on land that you aren’t ready for, it inevitably leads to failure and mess. That mess in-turn creates debt for the business, and not only financial debt but productivity, attention, and work debt. A solid foundation is key to scale.
