The problem we run into most frequently when working with family in the Ag industry is their refusal to change. Your extended family’s feelings must come second to what is best for you,  your wife, and your kids. If you just soak the negativity that you’ll get while trying to make big changes you’ll never get anything accomplished or make any meaningful changes.
