When I left the banking industry, with very little money to my name, in the span of 6 months I invested $60,000 in myself. This may sound crazy or idiotic but the return on those investments was far, far beyond what I paid for them. If you want to go from making $100K a year to $10M a year, then be prepared to invest thousands upon thousands into yourself.
