Oftentimes we are so afraid of the hard truth that we hide in surface level discussions so we don’t need to dive deep and confront our fears. The surface level does not fairly represent the level of pain that people are facing in their lives. Ignoring the problems and hiding will only allow the problems to expand and fester. How long can you keep lying to yourself and your family that everything is OK?
