If you grew up on the farm, you are all too familiar with the expectation of completing a task to a very high standard with little to no praise for the job well done. We are trained and conditioned not to celebrate our successes. We, unwittingly, fight against our worthiness of success and dwell on our mistakes and failures. This mindset needs to change.
