I’ve had female members ask how they can get their husbands to start seeing how bad the problems are and to get them to start moving on them. Simple answer is to start making moves yourself. You’re going to have to start taking control and start doing the things you know need to be done, you can’t wait on your husband. Stop asking for permission and just get it done. This should trigger action in your husband.
