Kaush is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). After the birth of his daughter, he realized that he didn’t have a solid plan for his family’s financial future, so he turned to real estate investing. He joined REIN and spent the next 5 years building a real estate portfolio of 11 properties! In 2019, at the age of 42, Kaush was able to replace his income and leave his job to become a full-time real estate investor.  On this episode, we discuss
