It took us four years to start creating content consistently.
What was the main reason? Simple, fear.
And guess what, once we started publishing, it wasn’t pretty.
Once you start putting yourself out there your mind starts playing you tricks. It starts feeding self-doubt, fears, all sorts of negative emotions.
But there’s light at the end of the tunnel. And that’s why we are so excited for today’s guest, Alex Ray.
Not only does he help people move beyond fear and become brave, but he has done it himself as well.
He went from being depressed, insecure and even afraid of stepping into a gym... to compete in CrossFit two years later.
And if you have tried CrossFit before, you know how freaking hard that is. And if you haven’t, prepare to have wobbly legs for a full-week!
Fun, but tough! Just like this conversation -hint: it got real really quick.
Alex sold his car, quit his job, and had no bachelor’s degree. Yet he is making a 6-figure income -which is more than his old job- and he is doing it his way!
That has come with his own share of challenges, but he is proud that he didn’t give up. And you know what? We are proud too!

Enjoy!
