Eldra invites us to embrace self-awareness, accountability and empathy, or as he refers to it, “human work.” While incarcerated, his transformation was made possible by the community of Inside Circle, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating spaces for healing for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people. Now, he is the Co-Executive Director, dedicated to helping others find their own path to redemption. With riveting openness and kindness, Eldra shares personal stories and insights from his unique journey that help us all to begin healing ourselves and each other.
