In this podcast, we explore the four directions of the Compass coaching model that I've developed. In the previous episode, we discussed the North direction, which represents our soul and our connection to the eternal being. Today, we're diving into the South direction, which is all about embracing our human selves and appreciating the physical experience.
Being in the South energy means feeling grounded and connected to our bodies. It's about recognizing that our physical existence is not something to be disregarded but rather cherished and respected. When we are grounded, we can communicate better with our own souls and with the spiritual realm.
I've noticed that many people overlook the importance of grounding, especially when it comes to spiritual practices like reading cards or connecting with angels and spirit guides. Without a strong connection to our physical bodies, trying to reach higher frequencies can create discord and even negatively impact our mental health.
That's why I developed this Compass coaching model, which emphasizes the significance of grounding. During my meditation and deep connection with spirit, I realized that our physical bodies play a crucial role in our spiritual journey. Our brains need a solid foundation, and that comes from being connected to the earth, eating nourishing food, and taking care of our overall well-being.
