In this episode I share once again how important or at least valuable it is to figure out what lies behind our wants.

In this episode I share what happened in a self-hypnosis I did a few weeks ago about: ‘why am I not where I want to be yet’ - a theme I’m sure resonates with many of us.

I wanted to give you a concrete example of what Hypnotherapy can be. Often (not always/only) it is about going back to the past (childhood, past life, more recent event) to identify what is blocking us in the present and alchemise the event so that we can do what we actually want to do in the present and future.

Lately, I’ve been asking people at parties and dinners: ‘what would you do if you were not doing what you are currently doing?’ or ‘what would you do if you knew you’d die a year from now? What would you change in your current life?’

Those questions can be tricky to answer because it can be so hard to imagine another reality than our current one. In this episode, I reflected on why we sometimes don’t have the answer and what we can do about finding them/it.
