News broke late in the show that MN AG Keith Ellison's office would be taking over from Hennepin County the prosecution of the defendants accused of murdering Zaria McKeever. Jason wasn't a fan of the plea deals County Attorney Mary Moriarty cut with two juveniles, but do we really want the state to be able to step in when they don't like deals like that?
