This meditation is for times when intention isn't fully clear, or when there's a lot of sensory, emotional, or mental overload, and making decisions feels complex.
The technique I offer is very simple, and easy to use. I find it helpful particularly when I have anxiety or agitation, and feel the need to "do something" but am uncertain as to what to do, or how to position myself for the best outcome.
