Embodied Astrology

There are times to be active, intentional and focused, and times to be more receptive, adaptable and open-minded — this week strongly emphasizes the need for the latter. The good news is, when we practice surrendering control in favor of open awareness and deep listening, we often receive important insights, and clarity that translates into the parts of our lives that require more focus and effort. What happens when you follow what your body knows?

This week-ahead reading for Aug 24-30, 2026 is an excerpt from this week's Somatic Space class with Renee Sills. For the full-length forecast and embodied practice for this week, purchase the recording here.

TOMORROW, AUG 25 — Saturn-Neptune in Aries: Kink/BDSM Practices + Lineages of Queer Resistance w/ Aziz Bisanz and guest facilitators Kim Calder & Elly Higgins

This session will explore personal and collective shame, related to the AIDS epidemic and the very long legacy of violence against queer and trans people worldwide that continues today.
