This episode is recorded in a powerful moment right before my book Microdosing Mushrooms: A Guide to Working with the Sacred for Healing goes live.
This book was not written in a perfect, inspired, uninterrupted flow state.
It was written through resistance and while I was healing.
In this episode, I share what microdosing actually did for me and my big thing. The Sacred Mushroom helped me face what was in the way. The fear, the avoidance, the patterns, and the parts of me that were not yet ready to hold what I was trying to create.
This episode is a reframe, for me and for you. Microdosing is not just about focus or productivity or performance optimization. It is a relationship! This work reveals what is in the way and invites you to grow into the version of yourself who can hold more.
I talk about what it looked like to write this book while navigating those edges, how the medicine guided me through resistance, and why the deeper work is always about becoming instead of forcing.
If you are in a season of building something, creating something, or stepping into a new level of your life, this conversation will meet you there.

After three years of writing (and 5 months of obsessively finishing, refining, and pouring myself into every page) Microdosing Mushrooms is officially one step closer to being in your hands!
This episode is about crossing a threshold, both mine and yours!
I share the story of how this book began — in one of my darkest seasons, when a friend handed me the ground sacred mushroom in a spice jar and unknowingly altered the course of my life.
What followed was a story of devotion: years of practicing, teaching, refining, and finally solidifying my method into a true 101 guide for healing with microdosing mushrooms.
Inside this episode, I talk about:
This moment feels significant ,not just professionally, but personally. As a mom. As a healer. As someone who has quietly built this ministry with devotion and faith.
I’m standing at a threshold. And I’m inviting you to stand here with me!
Soon, this work will be in your hands and you will know the more vulnerable aspects of my story of working with these sacred mushroom friends.
This episode is a celebration of milestones (the visible and invisible ones) and a reminder to honor the thresholds in your own life.
We’re just getting started.

About a month before publishing my book, everything in me feels like it’s unraveling.
The spirals. The dreams. The old wounds resurfacing. The nervous system reaching for control.
If you’ve ever worked with psychedelic medicine, you may recognize this terrain — that strange threshold where clarity is coming, but first, something loosens.
In this episode, I name the mess in real time.
I share what dysregulation has looked like for me lately...a headshot spiral, sending the wrong book title to my designer, abandonment patterns creeping in, skipping self-care and scrolling instead.
I talk about the dreams of searching, screaming, cleaning: this is the subconscious integration that happens before something new stabilizes.
And I share what medicines I’m working with as I move through it all.
This episode is about why the mess comes before something meaningful is born, how psychedelic healing loosens structures and dissolves false safety, and what it looks like to stay with yourself instead of abandoning yourself when old wounds resurface.
At the heart of it all is a simple phrase that is changing everything for me:
“I’m here.”
We explore how presence regulates the nervous system, how loving attention creates safety, and why the medicine doesn’t remove the mess, it teaches you how to remain inside it.
This is also the work at the core of my upcoming book, Microdosing Mushrooms: A Guide to Working with the Sacred for Healing, how to meet it with embodiment, support, and spiritual anchoring.
If you are in your own “mess before the breakthrough,” this episode is a hand on your back.
You are not alone. I’m here!

Winter is not the season to push, optimize, or fix yourself, it’s the season to listen, soften, and integrate.
In this episode, I come to you straight from the sauna (warm, reflective, and grounded in the medicine of winter!) to share three core practices that support healing during the colder months, especially when microdosing is your primary spiritual and embodied practice.
Inside our culture, we’re taught to control variables, track outcomes, and force consistency. But winter invites something different.
I'll share a little from my own experience as well as stories from those inside the community so you can see how healing deepens when we allow ourselves to move at winter’s pace.
In this episode, we explore three core winter healing practices:
I'm inviting you to explore practical ways to work with your microdose when energy is low or motivation feels inconsistent and offering gentle encouragement for those feeling behind, tender, or unsure this winter.
This is an invitation to hibernate, not disappear, to heal without forcing growth and to let microdosing support you in listening more deeply to your body, your spirit, and the season itself.

Slowing Down to Heal, Listen, and Move With Intention
Winter invites a different way of showing up. Instead of pushing for change, this season asks us to slow down, listen, and create the internal conditions that make healing possible.
In this episode, I share a teaching and guided experience from inside the ministry on how to show up for yourself this winter, through intentional slowing down rather than force.
In this episode, we explore:
Inside the ministry, we work with a supportive rhythm:
Embodiment means paying attention to your bodily experience from within, without judgment or trying to fix it.
This episode includes a short embodied reflection to help you slow down, listen inwardly, and move forward with intention.

What does it actually mean to maximize a microdose when life is busy, noisy, and far from ideal?
This episode explores how to work with a microdose in real life (with kids, responsibilities, conversations, and full schedules) without needing perfect conditions or elaborate rituals.
Rather than striving to “do it right,” this episode invites a relational approach to microdosing, one built through consistency, presence, and lived integration over time.
Your life isn’t a distraction from the medicine. It’s where the medicine learns to work.
What We Explore
Microdosing isn’t about stepping out of life — it’s about meeting life differently.

This is a stream-of-consciousness, channeled episode recorded from inside the infrared sauna on my phone.
You’ll hear 23 minutes at 149 degrees F, my breath, my prayers, my discomfort, and what moves through me as I stay present with myself in heat and narrate my experience.
This is not a teaching episode in the traditional sense. It’s an invitation into a lived, embodied moment in my real life, there are awkward pauses and all.
Earlier that day, I worked intentionally with the sacraments, really leaning into Rose for some heart opening after a cranky morning. About an hour before entering the sauna, I took a very generous microdose with the Original Sacrament (15 drops), setting a clear intention to clear the post-Christmas mental chatter that was driving me a little batty and a moderate dose of cannabis, which always helps me really observe, think creatively, and feel my body very strongly.
I entered the sauna not to escape sensation, but to meet it and to share how microdosing, detoxification, breath, and prayer can work together as a single embodied practice.
As I sit in the heat, I narrate what’s arising in real time:
This episode was channeled as a way of expanding how I define embodiment.
For me, embodiment now includes intentional detoxification practices, when they are approached with reverence, and presence to create a mind–body–spirit healing experience.
When we weave ritual, prayer, breath, and sacramental support into practices that are often framed as purely physical, magic can unfold.
The sauna becomes a temple, sweat becomes a prayer, and discomfort becomes information, not something to override or conquer.
You may want to listen while resting, walking, journaling, or during your own slow, intentional practice. There is no right way to receive this, only an invitation to notice what moves through you as you listen.
If you’re exploring microdosing, sacred mushrooms, cannabis, or detox practices as part of an embodied spiritual path, this episode offers a felt sense of how these elements can be woven together with care and intention.
As always, move gently, stay with your body, and trust what it is telling you!

In this episode, we explore depression through a body-based and nervous-system lens.
Rather than viewing depression as a fixed identity or purely mental condition, we look at how suppressed emotions, dorsal vagal shutdown, and immobilization patterns shape the experience in the body.
We discuss why movement, breath, sunlight, nourishment, and somatic practices are essential for shifting depressive states, and how winter itself can be a supportive season for recalibration.
We also cover what current research says about psychedelics and microdosing for mood support, the importance of integration, and how reframing “I am depressed” to “My system is in a depressive state” empowers change.
You are are invited to reflect on what your body may be holding and explore some simple daily practices to support your regulation and healing!

What if ADHD isn’t a disorder, but a message from your nervous system and an invitation to heal?
In this episode, I explore ADHD through a trauma- and nervous-system-informed lens, sharing how I have learned to regulate, focus, and create without stimulant medication.
Drawing from both science and spirit, I explain how microdosing, embodiment, and intentional ritual can help rewire the brain and bring balance back to the body.
Whether you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD or simply struggle to focus, this episode will help you understand attention not as a deficit, but as a muscle you can strengthen with compassion, consistency, and a little help from the sacred mushroom.
In this episode, you’ll learn:

So many of us want to heal — to feel more grounded, peaceful, and connected — but the moment we try to commit to a practice, resistance appears. In this episode, we explore how devotion, not discipline, is the energy that transforms healing from a “to-do” list item into a sacred homecoming.
You’ll hear me speak about:
Healing isn’t about forcing change — it’s about allowing yourself to be held as it unfolds.
