In this episode I answer one of the top questions asked by women removing their breast implants – When should I start detoxing?
I break my recommended detoxification process down into 4 phases and give you the general recommended timelines for each, although it’s important to keep in mind that this is an individualized journey and I recommend you get advice from your healthcare provider, surgeon, and most importantly listen to your body!

Being faced with removing your breast implants can come with whole lot of anger, resentment, shame, and regret. I believe forgiving yourself is one of the most crucial first steps in emotional healing. In this episode, I fully open up to what this has looked like for me, and the 5 steps I keep coming back to for relief and letting go of resentment towards myself and my choices.
I truly believe this can help you too, breastie.
Here are the prayers from the episode:
“Inner guide, I recognize this resentment is causing me harm. My anger and attachment are not serving me. I'm willing to forgive. Thank you for showing me the way.”
“Thank you, Universe, for helping me to forgive myself.”

Breast surgery comes with the risk of infection, whether you are explanting, implanting, having breast cancer removed, or reconstructing. In this episode, I speak with Lisa Crites, breast cancer survivor and inventor of The Shower Shirt – which helps women keep their chests protected after surgery.

Feeling fear before and after removing your breast implants is normal, but when that fear gets out of hand, it can become debilitating and detrimental to your health and healing.
In this episode, I share what these fears are and my favorite ways to overcome them.
Here’s the quote from the end of the episode:
“Bless you for your fear for it is a sign of wisdom. Do not hold yourself in fear. Transform the energy to flexibility and you will be free from what you fear." - Yoko Ono
