Andreas has been an IT and SAP expert for over 2 decades. Currently he serves as Principal Director in the global SAP S/4HANA Cloud Expertise Service team. We talk about assumptions, mis-assumptions and fails in cloud projects – where the biggest fail is to underestimate the human factor.
