In this episode of EducationNewscast, host Thomas Jenewein interviews Gigi Matacco, VP Change Management in SAPs next phase of transformation. The conversation looks at the important elements of Enterprise Change Management (ECM), with Gigi sharing her thoughts like end-to-end and holisic thinking, leadership commitment, and the importance of a collective ‘we-feeling’.
