As people become more familiar with the characteristics of being an empath, it seems there are more and more definitions and descriptions coming to light that identify different types of empaths.

In this episode Samantha and Denise discuss what it’s like to be a Heyoka empath. This type of empath is often referred to as the “sacred clown” as they will use humor to uplift others. Heyoka empaths will also often act as a mirror for other people, reflecting not only the positive characteristics but the negative as well.
