Episode 101 - This episode is very special to me because our special guest Nick Craciun, started his journey using some of our detox and nutrition products and following some of what I share in our group coaching community weekly webinars. Since that time Nick has lost 60 pounds, eliminated his anxiety, and become a tremendously good parent to his 12-year-old daughter.  Nick is a working-class machine fabricator that works 10 hour days and now with his newfound energy not only is he a great parent he also started his own website and podcast to educate others on what he has learned that has worked so well for him. Nick is all about helping other people ignite the Health Hero inside of them and that is why I felt He would be a perfect fit for this show.
