Then I figured I had to start doing some research on my own about why this particular zeolite is the best on the market. I find that the particle size .3 microns is incredibly small and the smallest I was able to find online.

The particle size of the zeolite is really important because it increases the surface area of the material. Because zeolites are adsorbtive (which means they have a negative electric charge thereby attracting to themselves positively charged toxins) the particle size is even more important.

Think of the zeolite particles acting like a magnet in the body pulling all the metal shavings to itself as it passes through your bloodstream and bowels.

I’ve been taking this zeolite from Touchstone Essentials for many months now and love it. As we talked about during the show, we live in an incredibly toxic world today. If we want to keep our bodies cleansed we have 3 choices.

Personally I think that zeolites are critical to use in today’s toxic world. We simply can’t avoid all the toxins that are bombarding us from every angle. From the environment alone we’re exposed to hundreds of different toxins and chemicals every single day.

The other day Kate and I were discussing all kinds of strange topics and I had a strange thought while at the gym. Why is it that when we see something, we see it upside down? Our brain is forced to take an extra step and convert it to being right side up.

It got me thinking. Is this God’s way of speaking to us through our biology and physiology? Everything is not as it seems. In fact the real truth behind things might be the complete opposite to what we think. Just a weird thought who knows? If you have any thoughts behind this please comment below.

We talked a little bit about our past weeks guests which was really interesting.

Then I shared some of my recent blog posts. The one that comes to mind as I’m writing this is the one where I talk about not losing hope because there is always a way. I know many of you are dealing with nagging health issues and even some terminal health issues.

I just want to encourage you to don’t give up. There are so many protocols and combination of protocols you can try to beat whatever disease condition you’re dealing with. I know it’s a struggle and can be very frustrating at times but please please please don’t give up. Your family and friends need you here. God needs you here to do some very important work in this world.

You’ve got a lot left in the tank and much more work needs to be done and only you can do it with the kind of energy, emotion and personality that’s unique to you. So please keep trying new things because I believe if you’re persistent, you can crack the code of healing that will work like magic for you and your body.

Don’t give up hope there is ALWAYS A WAY to find healing. I’m convinced of it for you and for me.

Today Sandhiya Ramaswamy joined us live in studio for a fun conversation about the health benefits of Ayurveda. She is an Ayurveda practitioner here in south Orange County and lives about 15 minutes away from us. What a gem!

Kate initially met Sandhiya Ramaswamy at a conference called Mindful Her some time ago. She shared a picture of it on our Instagram account.

I’ve always been a believer in Ayurveda and I really think there is a lot of wisdom and depth to the entire concept. Ayurveda explores not just diet but lifestyle, intention, spirituality and mindfulness.

It allows you to be open and aware not just of your body but who you are moving through space. It’s an incredibly deep and rich way of looking at the world going back thousands of years.

Today, many people are touting specific diets for people. We see it with vegan, paleo, raw food, primal (raw animal products) and the like. The problem is that not only are the many different ways of eating but we are all different, we change over time and our goals change too.

A bodybuilder’s goals are different than somebody who’s looking at extreme longevity for example.

One diet does not fit all. We ebb and flow and Ayurveda helps to individualize food to our specific body types. Ayurveda refers to them as doshas.

The foods we eat should not just be in alignment with what our ancestors ate (typically called the ancestral diet) but it should also be in alignment with our dosha and goals in life.

I’ve found when I eat more in alignment with my dosha that my body just works better. I seem to sleep better, go to the bathroom better, have more energy and I get sick less.

It makes a lot of sense. There’s a reason why Ayurveda has been around (not just in India!) for thousands of years.

Ayurveda is a beautiful way of bringing together diet, lifestyle and spirituality. It’s not a one size fits all.

So if you are somebody who has played around with different dietary strategies and have found that nothing has worked, you might want to look into the benefits of Ayurveda and see if your body likes is!

George Wiseman is a self-funded inventor who has influenced, shaped and guided entire genres. He has been providing proven customer satisfaction since 1984.

Today we had Geoff Melcher on from East Park Research out in Nevada.

For those that don’t know about the many health benefits of olive leaf extract you can visit their site to learn more and listen to the show. Olive leaf is incredible for helping to build the immune system so that it can kill viruses, fungus, mold, yeast, candida and much more.

It’s important to remember that it’s our body’s innate intelligence that’s doing the work here. The olive leaf extract is simply assisting the body to carry out these functions.

The main components to this olive leaf extract are two substances. One comes from that aloe vera plant (if my memory from the show serves me correct) called manapol. The other substance is called oleuropein.

From what I gather (even though they have a tightly guarded proprietary process for maximum oleuropein extraction) they amounts of oleuropein (the medicinal substance found in olive leaf) they have in their product are not only much more bio available but occur in very large amounts.

I think they try to have the oleuropein content to be greater than 20%. It’s really quite fascinating what olive leaf can do for you and how it can improve your health.

Remember the name of the game is to have more toxins going out than are coming in. There’s no way we can avoid parasites, fungus, mold and bacteria. We can limit our exposure but by living on planet earth, we’re going to be exposed.

Plus when we’re exposed to these types of toxins, it’s very important to assist the body in dealing with it. Every time you fight the wars our immune system is supposed to be fighting, we’re weakening the immune system.

Think about it, what kid wants his Dad to fight all his battles for him? If you don’t use it, you’ll lose it. The same goes with the immune system. Remember when you broke a bone as a child (or had friends that did)? You’d notice how after they took their cast off their arm was skinny and lacked any muscle to it.

Every time you take an antibiotic you prevent your body from having to work hard and overcome the infection. If you take a substance like this amazing olive leaf extract instead not only (in my opinion) will your cold or flu last for days instead of weeks but your body will be much stronger in the long run as an adult.

Don’t run out and take antibiotics the next time you feel a cold, flu or cough coming on. It’s critically important we understand that there are substances like olive leaf extract that are placed on this earth for our survival.

I’d recommend taking it every single day and then if you’re going to do something particularly stressful like give a presentation or take a long flight, you increase your dosage appropriately and then back off again.

In that show Alison really sung the praises of Dr. Natasha Winters who has helped turn her life around with regards to the brain cancer her body has.

I pose the question in the title of this podcast, can we find the cure for cancer if we constantly are “fighting” it. I even see shirts now that say Fu#$ Cancer.

Dr. Winters in my humble opinion (after listening to thousands of hours of alternative health lectures, watching videos, attending seminars, reading books, reading articles and interviewing 500 people myself) that her approach to cancer is one of the best I’ve seen.

I’ve been in this field since 2003 and have consumed everything I could get my hands on and Dr. Winters really does seem to tackle all the angles when it comes to cancer.

It’s not enough to focus on the emotional spiritual and still eat a diet that doesn’t support healing. It’s also not enough to completely neglect the role of emotional and spiritual issues while only focusing on the physical.

All parts play a role in my opinion. It takes grit to deal with emotional, spiritual, physical and mental issues when you want your body to heal.

I watched many videos of hers before the show to prep but the one below was the one I found most touching and inspiring.

These are all fascinating subjects and cannot be ignored. If we want to use all the tools God has given us to promote health and healing, it’s important to not overlook how powerful using sound can be.

If you look at quantum physics and even string theory, you’ll start to see that everything at the quantum level is vibrating at different resonant frequencies.

We know that people use devices like crystal osccilators, frequency generators (often times called Rife Machines) to help the body heal. When you can find the resonant frequency of a virus, cell or bacteria you can emit the counter frequency into the body to kill it.

Think of fingers on chalkboard. In the same way you hate that noise, parasites, bacteria, yeast and mold all hate the counter frequency and it can actually kill them.

Not sure how sound can affect a physical object?

Think of the famous wine glass experiment where the person sings at such a high pitch that the sound waves themselves actually shatter the glass.

Well it’s the same thing. We all work on frequency.
