I can’t tell you how many questions we’ve had about this Relax FAR Infrared Sauna that we sell on our website. We’ve owned ours for about 4 years now and it’s probably my most favorite health tool we own. There might be some other’s that come close like the Bellicon rebounder or Biomat but if I had to choose one, it would be this sauna.

They’re so easy to fold down that you could let a friend or family member borrow it without having to break it down like you would if you owned a wooden sauna.

To me the Relax FAR Infrared sauna is the best.

Sometimes it’s really great to be reminded why you adopt certain health practices. Even though you might know why you do them, having somebody refresh your memory is always motivating.

With everything that’s happening not just in California but in other states about vaccines, I thought it was time to do an entire show about it.

I hope you enjoy the energy and connection we have together doing our shows. It’s really weird to be honest we rarely fight if ever and are really best friends so we hope that comes across in our shows

She’s been on the same path of health as I have and it’s really fun going through this journey with her. One of the things we talked about during this show was her juice cleanse (if you’re looking for a great juice cleanse program Drew Canole has put together a really great one!). During the time of this show she was going a 7 day detoxification juice cleanse. She ended up losing about 6 pounds. I don’t think she needed to lose any weight but she welcomed it as she says it always stores itself in her hips and thighs.

She was doing the cleanse not to lose weight but to improve her digestion, cleanse toxins out of her liver and reduce the chemical load in her body to prepare her body for pregnancy. These are all great primary reasons to do a cleanse. Weight loss and having a slim figure should be secondary reasons.

We also talked for a while about how much we love our Squatty Potty! I don’t think we talk about it enough but this little toilet contraption really is amazing and we know that if you buy one you’ll love it as much as we do. It’s almost like getting a really fast computer. You can’t live without it once you have it. Similar to a Vitamix blener or some other kitchen appliance you really love.

I can’t say enough about the Squatty Potty.

Who would have thought taking turpentine could be good for your health?

Today we spoke with Dr. Jennifer Daniels from Vitality Capsules to discuss candida, yeast infections and how this substance turpentine can help to restore health in the body.

I know what you’re thinking, “isn’t turpentine caustic and damaging to the human body?” If you look on the labels of the turpentine you buy at the store, you’ll see a skull and crossbones on the side of the package and it’ll scare you to death.

Dr. Daniels said that it had a lot to do with government propaganda which makes some sense to me. If turpentine is in fact very healing to the body, why would the government want a population that is strong, robust and is in no need for pharmaceutical medications or even chemotherapy or radiation?

It just doesn’t make good business sense for the government.

Turpentine according to Dr. Daniels has been used for hundreds if not thousands of years to help the body get rid of chemicals, toxins, poisons, heavy metals and other substances that deteriorate our health.

High levels of heavy metals along with exposures to steroids and antibiotics are the root cause of candida and yeast infections.

It’s interesting many people think that the symptoms of yeast infections and candida are what we need to get rid of. Rashes, skin infections, blotches, bloating and all the symptoms related to candida aren’t the problem.

The candida is eating up dead cells in the body. Candida is a good thing. Without candida you’d toxify your body with an overabundance of dead cells that have no way of exiting the body.

Candida is a good thing because it eats up dead cells.

The real question is what’s killing all these cells, why are the cells so weak that they do in fact die and why are cells dying in the first place?

Asking questions like these are getting to the root of your health concerns.

We talked about how the energy from that place affects our cells. After that we got into a long discussion about how words and sound can actually affect physical matter (as with the lady who broke the wine glass by singing a high pitch note).

It’s interesting to me to learn how our physical world can in fact be changed or altered by non physical things. Try this for an experiment, sit down in a quite room and pretend that you’re about to get on stage and give a talk in front of your peers and thousands of other people that’s nationally televised on a topic you don’t really know anything about. Close your eyes and really pretend like you’re backstage about 60 seconds from being called onto the stage in front of millions of people.

I bet if you get into it enough you can feel your heart rate increase dramatically as well as possibly even sweat. Now what’s going on there? You’re not running or doing anything physical. You are simply sitting there quiet and still. So how can your heart start beating fast and how can you start sweating by simply thinking?

Should we think this is strange?

I don’t think so.

Our thoughts can in fact change our biology because everything is electrical. According to quantum physics all matter is vibrating at a singular level. Sound can in fact change matter. In the Bible it says, “….and God said let there be light, and there was light.” Before there was light there was sound. And before there was sound there was God. So light (photons which are physical in nature) came through sound because sound came first.

But the question is do our cells react to our thoughts? Well we know from the book The Secret Life of Plants that plants are somehow sentient beings capable of anticipating danger and even reacting audibly after being cut. If plants can do this why can’t we?

We’ve already seen that not only can thoughts affect our cells but full blown organs (sweat glands and the heart). Because our thoughts can alter our biology and physiology then the question is how can we change our thought life to promote the best health possible? Can we really create a healthier body just by talking to it or thinking about it in a positive way?

I believe we can. If you don’t believe me start doing some research and you’ll find it to be true on many levels.

Remember the only thing that can cure the body, is the body. Drugs or even natural substances don’t heal anything. It’s only the body which can heal itself….and God of course.

Prevention is the name of the game when it comes to cancer. The best way to avoid cancer is to prevent it. And as the old saying goes…

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure…

We talked about different blood tests one could get to determine if they have cancer or not. Some of these include the HCG cancer test, the Dr. Navarro urine test, the oncoblot test for cancer and many others.

We also discussed labeling of diseases and how people will identify with the disease their body has. For example people will talk about “my tumor” or “my RA (a nickname for rheumatoid arthritis)”.

What we must realize is that none of these diseases are us. Our bodies, our thoughts, our emotions and even our opinions are not ours. If these things are not us, how much less a group of cells (they call cancer) that’s in the body that we share with it?

It’s really important to feel empowered and strong. The unfortunate thing is that our culture and authority figures have conditioned us to feel powerless and weak and that we must submit to the “experts” or “authority figures” because they know more about our body than we do.

Nothing could be further from the truth!

If you want to grow in this way, a spiritual practice must be implemented in order to become strong and confident. To fully understand who we are, and the power that we possess is one of the true pursuits human being should all consider for living a more rich and fulfilling life.
