I talk about the research I’ve been doing lately as to how dangerous sitting is. It is more dangerous than smoking if you can believe that. We were just not designed to sit all day in front of a computer. It’s killing us as a species.

I talk about lots of different ways to detoxify the body from chemicals. You can do parasite cleanses with the 7 essential oils recommended by Dr. Hulda Clark, kidney flushes, liver flushes, herbal bowel cleanses, colonics, enemas, sweating, rebounding, zeolites, taking clay internally and so much more.

We should all consider doing some or all of these as a body maintenance a few times a year.

Also discussed are ways to add more minerals into your soils like using a thalassa mix developed by Steve Storch, rock dust, ocean minerals, compost teas and compost all help to re-enliven your soils to produce the healthiest mineral rich food possible.

At the end of the show I discuss techniques to change your addictions to food or to things like sugar and wheat products like bread, pasta, pizza and more It’s called subtraction by addition and it’s a powerful technique I used to completely change my dietary habits over a long period of time.

It’s been said that the only disease….is a closed mind. Just knowing about urine therapy is empowering. You don’t even have to practice uropathy but just knowing it can be a tremendous remedy for people if they want to avoid pharmaceutical drugs or other invasive therapies practiced by conventional medicine. 🙂

Today we had Dave Murphy author of The Human Body Owners Workshop Manual on the show to talk about urine therapy. Urine therapy has many names like urotherapy, urinotherapy, uropathy or auto-urine therapy.

Essentially urine therapy involves the simple act of drinking one’s own pee, which has been called “man’s perfect medicine”.

Dave Murphy stopped by the studio today on the way back to England to talk about his experience doing a 30 day urine therapy fast. That means he didn’t eat or drink anything other than his own urine for 30 full days.

The healing effects he had as a result were astounding.

I’m not wired like that unfortunately. I drink about a teaspoon of urine first thing in the morning upon waking up. I’ll take a little bit of my mid stream urine and then fill the rest of the cup up with water. That urine mixture is in a small shot glass.

Then I take my mason jar full of water right after it to chase it down. I also take activated charcoal and this unique product as a way of detoxifying my body on a daily basis.

Sometimes if you’re sick or if you really want to reboot the entire matrix of your human frame, doing a 30 day fast or even a 30 day urine fast might be something to ask your health care practitioner about. We’re not saying you should do what Dave did. We’re just sharing Dave’s story about how urine therapy helped him dramatically improved his health and even allowed his body to heal naturally.

Urine therapy is not for everybody. The idea of drinking your own pee isn’t appealing and I get that.

Some people like the late great Dr. William Hitt (in Mexico) would take your urine, spin it, add some other substances and re-inject it back into your fat cells (usually the butt) and it would have profound effects.

He mainly works with cancer but if you go on his website you can see all the different types of health conditions he’s working with. And apparently he’s having lots of success.

He actually goes deep into the mines and caves himself and extract these rare earth stones from the ground that give off a certain low level radiation. We’re taught that radiation is bad. But that’s just because typically when people are exposed to radiation it’s in adulerated high frequency forms.

If you think of an X-ray or radiation that you’d get along with chemotherapy and surgery for cancer then you need to protect your body from it. But radiation in very low dose forms that are naturally being emitted from stones is a different thing all together.

It’s like comparing apples to oranges.

Jay seems like a humble man doing some pretty interesting work. He has these water stones that you can put into your water and be able to drink in this low level radiation. He also has green stones that can be used on the eyes for macular degeneration, cataracts, glaucoma and other eye diseases. The green stones can be used for many other purposes as well. It just depends on how creative you can get with them.

Also he’s got mud packs that are made from the crushed up radio active stones. Normally mud packs have to be used fresh every single time and can add up over years. But his mud packs are something you only buy once because the mud actually stays inside the plastic itself. So you can look at it as a one time investment.

Mud packs are something used to remove toxins, chemicals and poisons from different areas of your body. They are extremely effective and I can’t imagine how much better they’d be if they were made from mud that has low level radio activity in it.

I think Jay Gutierrez is doing some very interesting work and if you’re sick or simply want to take your health to the next level I would definitely call him up and see what happens.

After years of working, I was able to mine the stone and started to make jewelry. As time passed, I started getting numerous reports back from people saying that they were getting healings and pain relief from the stone. Too many to believe that it was all “In their heads”. I then took the stone to the labs and had it analyzed. During this time, after a lot of searching, I was able to find a few doctors that would use the stone with their patients. The results were phenomenal!

The lab report came back and I researched every element that the stone contained. By chance, when the time was right, I stumbled across “Radiation Hormesis”. The stone contained thorium and was slightly radioactive. The way I have been guided, I was able to locate material that has made it possible to enhance in a safe manner the healing properties of natural radiation hormesis.

Hopefully this website will help you with research on “Radiation Hormesis”. After you have done this you can make your own decision about helping yourself. I thoroughly believe that we have had the capability to help many people live longer and healthier. The problem with this kind of hormesis is that you cannot find a doctor that will give you the very low dose radiation treatments several times a week. Even if you did, the cost involved would probably be outrageous and would be X-rays, not natural Alpha, Beta, and Gamma rays.

If you realize the significance of this therapy and wanted it, you would be hard pressed to find a natural source. Even then, you would have to make sure that the radiation source was of a low level. Radiation Hormesis has been proven historically, scientifically, and with present day testimony.

On a personal note, I believe God doesn’t call on the qualified, He qualifies the called. I am also a medicine man and am covered under NAFERA,(Native American Free Exercise of Religion Act, 1993). I had tried a few times to walk away from this calling, but somehow I was always called back. I finally figured it this way, if I was walking along and picked up something that I realized was actually helping people avoid pain and suffering, would I put it down and walk away, or would I do my best to let people know? It was a real treat to speak with Alison Gannett. Her story of being a high level professional athlete to dealing with brain cancer is motivating and inspiring.

As we discussed on the show, there is a difference between being fit and being healthy. It’s really important to avoid making the mistake that they are synonymous.

Lately I’ve been following more of a keto diet because I know how the ketogenic diet affects cancer cells. Essentially the idea is that cancer feeds on sugar, and when you replace sugar with healthy fats, your body learns to use energy from fats and the cancer cells die.

That’s the theory.

And according to Dominic D’Agostino cancer cells need sugar to continue to proliferate and to grow.

Some of our guests have said that the keto diet is great for initially starving the cancer but then the cancer is smart, and it adopts to the new terrain devoid of glucose. When the cancer cell changes its metabolic ability to uptake energy from sugar to fat, the keto diet becomes less effective at starving cancer cells.

Then there are other guests who disagree saying that cancer cells cannot adopt and derive energy from fat. Alison Gannett certain is proving the latter to be true.

She gets between 50 and 60 markers tested each month with her blood tests to see how her body is doing with the cancer.

We talked about which blood tests she gets each month, how she monitors her progress, the labs where she gets the tests taken as well as the woman who is responsible for her transformation.

This was a fascinating show which was full of hope, inspiration and motivation. 3 things you typically don’t get by going to a conventional medical doctor who only knows cut, burn and poison as their main treatments for cancer.

We really do have a say in whether or not our bodies create disease and how our immune system is able to handle that.

Ty Bollinger is the man behind the world changing docu-series called The Truth About Cancer as well as the book Cancer Step Outside The Box.

As I said at the end of the show, there are many great people we feature on our website but there’s just something about the honesty and genuineness of Ty’s work that makes me stand behind what he’s doing.

He’s had 7 family members die from the conventional treatments from cancer. Now I haven’t had that much devastation in my life or in our family from cancer but I definitely have a relationship with it.

For those that are not familiar my mom was diagnosed in 1995 with non Hodgkin’s lymphoma with (what the doctors told her at the time) a less than 10% chance of survival.

She went to the City of Hope (before we knew anything about alternative health and natural healing of diseases) and she underwent a bone marrow transplant (I donated platelets), chemotherapy and radiation.

This is where my life changed.

To this day I should have a hatred for conventional medicine (if you were to compare what we talk about with others) but I’m grateful. I believe that God spared my mom and she has survived *despite* those barbaric treatments.

Even though she’s still alive today and I’m grateful to God for that, I still think the name of the game is prevention as well as doing natural treatments for cancer before more harsh protocols like chemotherapy, radiation or surgery.

Watching my mom go through that was devastating to me.

It makes me want to help others realize they have hope as Ty says, “Cancer does not have to be a death sentence”. Having that hope is step number one.

Ty’s mission is my mission. I want to help spread options to the masses. Even if you don’t think natural remedies for cancer would help you, they might help somebody else and people should know what all their options are when attempting to offer the body a path to healing and wellness.

Dr. Martini has been awarded an honorary Doctor of Humanities degree for the work she has done and continues to do in alerting the world to the dangers of aspartame and other unhealthy chemicals and additives.

Dr. Martini has spent 22 years in the medical field. While working with a hematologist she supplied the CDC with reports on leukemia, which CDC said, were more than all the case histories submitted by the entire Emory University Hospital system combined, an indication of the low level of physician generated reports to the CDC.
