Episode - 115 Michelle Pfile was overweight as a child and most of her adult life. She also developed Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) at the age of 18. After years of emotional trauma from many different people in her life due to her weight gain, she decided to make her health a priority and slowly but surely she figured out enough lifestyle changes to get her desired results. Michelle was so inspired by her own success she left her career as the owner of a beauty salon and started helping women that were struggling with their weight and their self-esteem.
