In this episode, we’re speaking with Laura Cascardi. Laura’s passion for herbalism, healing, and well-being is evident in her 20 + years of working with herbs and people. In 2014, Laura co-founded the Equinox Center of Herbal Studies where she is the director and one of the primary teachers.

We talk about how our connection to our environment and local medicines promotes self empowerment, and how to harness this power. Laura shares amazing advice for people on the plant and healing path.
