Are you looking for a tool to help analyze deals and determine when you can achieve financial independence?
Today's guest, Sam Giordano, Expert Investor, Physician, Author, and Co-Founder of Passive Advantage, can help!
Dr. Giordano has been a practicing physician at an academic medical center for ten-plus years and has had consecutive designations as a “Top Doctor” in his geographic region. He has also published multiple manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals. He is avidly interested in personal finance and financial education and has formed a personal finance teaching curriculum for residents and fellows at his hospital.
Dr. Giordano became aware of investing in passive real estate syndication deals in 2016. Once he became familiar with the opportunity to grow a passive income and the associated tax benefits, he was interested in learning more.
He and his partner Terry, have designed tools specifically geared towards passive limited partner investors to help objectify and bring light to the risk points of various real estate syndication deals before choosing to invest.
He initially developed the tools for himself, but now he's focused on helping other physicians and investors find financial freedom and the ability to live on their own terms.
In this episode, he shares why more and more physicians are looking for other income streams and how he was able to achieve financial independence and spend more time with his family on his own terms.
Sam discusses his Limited Partner Deal Analyzer, why he created it, how it works, and how it can add value to you as an investor.
