Shaz’s Lemon Slice Ep 134
½ tin of condensed milk
1 cup of coconut
125g of butter
1 and a half cups of icing sugar
I packet Marie biscuits
1 lemon
Extra lemon icing
Crush biscuits in the food processor. Melt butter and zest the lemon. Place coconut, icing sugar, lemon zest and crushed biscuits in a bowl and combine. Squeeze the lemon juice and add to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Add melted butter and then condensed milk. Stir will and press into a greased slice tray appx 25cm by 25cm. Put in fridge to firm and then ice with lemon icing. Cut into squares.
