Robyn Fralick recently completed her fourth season as head coach of the Bowling Green State University women's basketball team. In just a few short years with the Falcons, Fralick has completely turned the program around. Through the 2021-22 season, BGSU has a record of 24-14 in Mid-American Conference regular-season games over the last two years, after going 8-46 in the previous three seasons. Overall, BGSU is 38-24 over the last two seasons. In fact, BGSU had won a total of just 20 MAC games (20-88) in a six-year span before going a combined 24-14 over the last two winters.
