No doubt, if you’ve been into watches for a while, Paul Boutros is a name that’s more than likely come up. His watch journey began as a child, not unlike many of us, but his affinity for the hobby led to a career when he left his job at Lockheed Martin and joined Philips Auction House over a decade ago. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Paul throughout the last several months, and today’s conversation only furthered that fact.
