No doubt, if you’ve been into watches for a while, Paul Boutros is a name that’s more than likely come up. His watch journey began as a child, not unlike many of us, but his affinity for the hobby led to a career when he left his job at Lockheed Martin and joined Philips Auction House over a decade ago. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Paul throughout the last several months, and today’s conversation only furthered that fact. This episode is one of those where it twists and turns and arguably starts backwards, which was super fun.
