Life sure can throw us a whole lot of curve balls, but honestly, the biggest curve ball that's thrown our way is our own self-doubt and comparison. I know you've heard it before, but you really do have to learn how to get out of your own way. Today on the podcast, I'm interviewing an incredible coach to the greats, Coach Dar.

She's going to teach us how to eliminate that self-doubt, how to put down that comparison, and how to show up with purpose, passion, meaning, and everything that we need to accomplish those big dreams that we have.
